Located near Mismaloya in the Bay of Banderas is Los Arcos, the most popular diving and snorkeling destination in Puerto Vallarta.  This protected marine preserve offers several small islands offering reefs, tunnels, caves, and arches teeming with marine life.  See a wide variety of sea life, such as spotted Eagle Rays, octopus, lobster, angelfish, puffer fish, needlefish, clownfish, and more.

We will snorkel first at Los Arcos, and then move to the isolated cove of Majahuitas where we'll snorkel as well, looking for rays, eels, and of course plenty of beautifully colored fish.  This tour is done on a small 10-passenger or 16-passenger boat which means less people in the water with you, very nice!

OUR ADVICE:

Puerto Vallarta's most famous site - it's teeming with fish, but it can get crowded in peak season.

Restrictions: For safety reasons, expecting mothers and people with back, heart or neck problems are not permitted. People older than 65 years old can't do this activity. For snorkeling, guests must know how to swim and should have a general level of comfort putting their face in the water.
