y Los Veranos Canopy tour. The staff is wonderful, and we never get
anything but happy customers.
Q: IS THERE A WEIGHT
LIMIT FOR THE CANOPY TOURS?
A: The weight limit for El Eden and
Los Veranos is 250 lbs. For Canopy LaVista and the Rio Cuale Canopy Tour, it is 275 lbs.
In addition, you will not be able to do a canopy tour if your waist is over
50 inches, or your thighs are over 28 inches. If you are over
these limitations, you will not be able to do the tour because the
harness will not fit you.

- HOW DO I GET THERE?
A: Take a yellow taxi to the canopy
tour meeting location specified on the tour detail page.
Q: I'M ON A CRUISE
- WHAT TIME SHOULD I REQUEST?
A: We recommend cruise passengers try
to book
the 11:00 time or later. The ships are often not on Puerto Vallarta Local
time, which is CST. They are often still on ship time, which is MST,
one hour earlier, plus it takes time to go through security and get off the
ship. It's better safe than sorry.
