i'm on a cruise ship - how do I find
you or my EXCURSION departure point?
A: When
you arrive at the cruise ship port, you will find dozens of taxis waiting
for you. You can take one of these straight to the hotel meeting point
or you can walk a short distance out to the highway and hail a cab which will
be cheaper than those at the port. Taxis are easy to come by in Puerto
Vallarta - they are everywhere. You'll receive electronic tickets via
e-mail before you leave, so you won't need to find us, just your tour meeting
location. Tell the taxi driver where you're going, and he'll take you
directly there. A taxi normally costs just a few dollars to go anywhere
from the port.

ARE YOUR TOURS ON LOCAL TIME OR SHIP TIME? WHAT TIME ZONE ARE YOU
IN?
A: All of our tours are on Puerto
Vallarta local time, which is the same as Central time. Please check
with your ship to see what time zone they are reporting your arrival and
departure times in, because ships don't always change to local time.
Q: HOW DO I CONTACT
YOU ONCE I'M IN PUERTO VALLARTA?
A: You can telephone us at 222-4935 if
you have any issues - we'll be happy to help. You can also come visit
us in person at our office next to the flea market downtown. We'll let
our customers use our telephone to call home for free and we make a mean margarita!

A: No catch. Just real discounts,

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE
DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY SHORE EXCURSIONS?
A: The sooner the better. A minimum
of 24 hours in advance is required, but activities do sell out, so make yours
as soon as you know that you want to take it.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK AN
EXCURSION THROUGH YOU?
A: On the tour detail page, there are
red icons that say "Book Now!". Click those and the excursion will be
added to your shopping cart. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete
your checkout. You will receive an e-mail receipt immediately, and within
24 hours you'll receive an electronic ticket that you'll give to the operator
on the day of your tour. You can also call us toll-free at
1-866-217-9704 anytime.
Q: DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION
FROM THE CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL?
A: No. However, there are taxis
swarming the terminal when you arrive. You can take one of those, or
walk out to the highway and flag one down to save money - the ones on the
highway are cheaper. It's normally only a few dollars to take a taxi,
and then you can go into town and see Puerto Vallarta too. No waiting,
no shuttles, no schedules, much more freedom. Almost
all of our boat tours leave from the same marina as your cruise ship. We
also have a personal escort from the pirate ship to show you to your boat.
