Our Advice:

Botanical Gardens early on your own or
plan to stay later after the tour so you
can have more time to enjoy the
beautiful grounds. A very romantic

OUTBACK ATV TOUR
Our tour begins with a
leisurely walk through the Puerto Vallarta
Botanical Gardens, where we find our ATVs.
Passing seasonal waterfalls, we make our way
to the small community of Las Juntas y
Veranos, where we'll head off-road,
following a dirt trail past beautiful
mountain scenery and through rural Mexican
villages. We'll reach a family-owned
tequila distillery, where we'll sample many
flavors - white tequila, reposado, anejo,
cafe, almond, & a mix of the two flavors
which they call "tiramasu".
Just down the road, we'll
stop in at famous Chico's Paradise, where
we'll watch an impressive cliff diving
display before cooling off in the river with
some exciting body surfing, ending up at an
oasis of hidden waterfalls and a fun
waterfall slide that we can plunge over head
first to a pool below.
Back on the ATVs now,
we'll set off down dirt roads and over
bridges to Los Veranos, where we'll have a
hands-on encounter with monkeys, a huge
python, and even a scorpion and tarantula
(ew!) among other local Puerto Vallarta
animals - great photo opportunites!
Then it's back to the botanical gardens for
lunch at their Plantation restaurant.
A great way to experience the outback of
Puerto Vallarta in a totally gay-friendly
environment.
