MAJAHUITAS SCUBA DIVE
On the south side of Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountains extend downward into the sea, creating nice rocky shores that attract marine life. Along this south shore is the protected cove of Majahuitas, a nice scuba diving location for all skill levels. Majahuitas is not a protected marine park like Los Arcos, but is also much less visited, which means less divers and snorkelers to share the water with. As you cruise to the dive site, you'll pass by the Puerto Vallarta skyline, Mismaloya, and Los Arcos, giving you some nice photo opportunities. Once at the diving location, you'll have a nice shallow dive with tropical fish, spotted eagle rays, moray eels, and more. Cruise Passengers: Yes! This tour makes a great shore excursion. Runs: Daily at 9:00 AM. If you are on a cruise ship, we will work with your schedule to ensure you get to do this dive.
