This is a nice chance to get out of Puerto Vallarta and into the more rural, small-town atmosphere of the Riviera Nayarit, near Punta Mita.  This ride will start from the small surfing town of Sayulita, then the itinerary will depend on the interests and abilities of your family or group, from beginner to advanced.

The horses available in Sayulita vary in size and all are very tame and well trained for trail riding as well as spending time on the beaches.  The selection of horseback excursions ranges from jungle rides in the hills or sunset tour along the beach, to all‐day expeditions exploring the outskirts of Sayulita. Horseback riding is a great way to get a close up view of the various wildlife in Sayulita and also a great opportunity for you bird watchers!

Cruise Passengers:  Yes! This tour is available to you as a shore excursion. Meet at the marina at 10:00 AM and return to ship at 4:00 PM.
